The Process

Every product follows five stages.

No stage can be skipped. Each one protects your product, your brand, and your customers.

Stage 1 — Sample Development

We develop your product from scratch

You share your product concept, key actives, flavour preferences, and format. Our formulation team builds a custom sample, tests it, and ships it to you for evaluation. Most products require 1–3 sample rounds to finalise flavour, texture, and performance.

Stage 2 — Quoting

We cost your approved formulation

Once your sample is approved, we cost every ingredient and every packaging component and produce a detailed quote with your MOQ, unit price, and lead time clearly stated. Quotes are valid for 14 days — raw material prices fluctuate, so we can only hold pricing within that window.

Stage 3 — Compliance & Design

We build your label, legally

We generate your full nutritional information table from lab-verified values, check every claim against South African labelling regulations (R146), and supply your designer with everything needed to build your label correctly — ingredients list, allergen declarations, warnings, and all compliance copy.

Stage 4 — Procurement

We order everything — nothing moves before deposit

Once the purchase order is received and 50% deposit is confirmed, all orders are placed — raw materials, packaging, and labels. Every delivery is tracked. Every certificate of analysis is verified on receipt. Production cannot be booked until every input is on-site and quality-cleared.

Stage 5 — Production & Delivery

We manufacture, QC, and dispatch

Production runs only when all inputs are verified and on-site. We monitor output daily, retain full batch records, and keep you updated throughout the run. On completion, your delivery note and invoice are issued. Balance payment clears before product is released for collection or courier dispatch.

Deposit — before anything orders

Required to confirm your purchase order and commence procurement. No deposit means no orders placed and no production slot held.

Balance — before dispatch

Due when production is complete. Delivery note and invoice issued on clearance. Product released for collection or courier once confirmed.

This rule has no exceptions — it protects your raw material allocation and secures your production slot.
